청소 및 정리Cleaning & Tidying

따로 관리해주시는 분이 없어요. 이 집의 관리자는 바로 여러분입니다. 다음 차례로 집을 이용할 또 다른 친구를 위해, 퇴실 시 집을 원래 상태로 정리하고 청소 부탁드려요. 자동차키, 에어컨/선풍기 리모컨, TV리모컨 등 모두 원래 있던 자리에 두시면 됩니다. '원래 상태'를 잘 모르겠다면 편하게 연락 주세요! There's no caretaker — you are the manager of this home. For the next guest, please clean up and return everything to its original place before checkout (car key, remote controls, etc.). If you're unsure where something goes, just reach out!

쓰레기Trash

일반 쓰레기봉투는 싱크대 서랍에 있어요. 재활용쓰레기는 일반쓰레기와 함께 함덕교회 옆 클린하우스에 분리수거 부탁드려요. 음식물 쓰레기는 일반 비닐봉투에 모아 같은 곳에 버려주시면 되는데, 싱크대 서랍에 있는 검은색 티머니 카드를 사용해주세요! General waste bags are in the sink drawer. Recycling and food waste go to the Cleanhouse next to Hamdeok Church. For food waste, collect it in a regular plastic bag — use the black T-Money card in the sink drawer!

수건 세탁Towels

각 화장실에 수건이 충분히 준비되어 있어요. 사용 후에는 세탁하여 빨래 건조대에 널어놓고 퇴실해주세요. 지하에 있는 건조기(건물 공용)도 이용 가능합니다. Plenty of towels are ready in each bathroom. After use, please wash them and hang on the drying rack before checkout. The dryer in the basement (shared) is also available.

남은 음식물Leftover Food

남은 음식이나 개봉한 음료는 버리고 가는 것이 원칙이에요. (다음 사람은 아무런 정보 없이 남겨진 음식에 손을 대지 않아요!) 버리기 아까운 좋은 음식이나 음료라면 '구매한 지 얼마 안 됐으니 드셔도 된다'는 메모를 남겨주시거나 저에게 말씀해 주세요. Please discard leftover food and opened drinks before leaving. (The next guest won't touch food left without any context!) If something is still fresh, leave a note saying it's safe to eat, or let us know!

파손 및 문제Damage & Issues

집에 문제가 생기거나 파손된 물품이 있으면 사소한 것이라도 알려주세요. 웬만한 경우 배상을 요구하지 않습니다. 집의 상태를 정확히 아는 것이 더 중요해요! If anything breaks or goes wrong, please let us know — even small things. We rarely ask for compensation. Knowing the exact state of the home matters more!

퇴실 전 필수Before Checkout

창문 꼭 닫고, 거실 블라인드는 올려놔 주세요. 나가기 직전에 에어컨과 보일러 OFF 상태를 꼭 다시 확인해주세요. 보일러는 OFF 혹은 외출 모드로 해주시면 됩니다. Close all windows and raise the living room blinds. Before leaving, double-check that the AC and boiler are off. Set the boiler to OFF or Away mode.

차키 위치Car Key

싱크대 옆 진열대에 있어요. 물고기 조각보 모양 키홀더가 달린 키를 사용하시면 됩니다. 나머지 키는 비상용으로만 이용해주세요. On the display rack next to the sink. Use the key with the fish patchwork keychain. The others are spare keys only.

이용 가능 나이Age Requirement

만 30세 이상이라면 누구나 운전 가능하도록 보험이 가입되어 있어요. 만 30세 미만은 차량 이용이 어렵습니다. Insurance covers all drivers aged 30 and above. Unfortunately, the car cannot be used by anyone under 30.

전화번호 견출지Phone Number Sticker

센터페시아 콘솔박스에 견출지와 펜이 있어요. 조수석 앞 전화번호용 카드에 견출지를 붙이고 운전자 전화번호를 적어서 이용해 주세요. There's a label sticker and pen in the center console. Please stick a label on the phone number card and write your phone number before driving.

트렁크 아래 공간Trunk Storage

우산이 있으니 갑자기 비가 올 때 사용하세요. 마스크, 에코백, 비상용 삼각대 등도 함께 있어요. There's an umbrella for sudden rain. You'll also find masks, an eco bag, and an emergency triangle reflector.

배터리 방전 시Dead Battery

차량이 오래 방치되면 방전될 수 있어요. 시동이 걸리지 않으면 운전석 핸들 왼쪽 '12V BATT RESET' 버튼을 누르고, 15초 안에 시동 버튼을 누르세요. 그래도 안 되면 보험사로 연락하세요. If the car has been idle, the battery may be dead. Press the '12V BATT RESET' button (left of the steering wheel), then start within 15 seconds. If that fails, contact the insurer below.

제주에 신호·과속 카메라가 늘고 있어요. 제주공항도 불법주정차 단속이 엄해졌습니다. 적발되지 않도록 주의해 주세요. 티켓이 날아오면 보내드릴게요 :) Speed and traffic cameras are increasing in Jeju. Airport no-parking rules are strictly enforced. Drive carefully! We'll forward any tickets that arrive :)

퇴실 전 (차 이용 시)Before Checkout (if used)

마지막 날에 주유와 세차를 부탁드려요. 함덕 하나로마트 옆 농협주유소, 함덕골목식당 앞 GS칼텍스주유소에 기계식 세차장이 있어요. 렌트카가 아닌 저희 소중한 차예요 — 내 차처럼 부드럽고 조심스럽게 이용해주세요! Please refuel and wash the car on your last day. Self-wash at NH gas station (next to Hanaromart) or GS Caltex (Hamdeok Golmok). This is our personal car, not a rental — please treat it as gently as your own!

주방 — 인덕션Kitchen — Induction

화구는 인덕션이에요. 인덕션 전용 냄비/팬만 사용 가능해요. 싱크대 아래 이케아 냄비·프라이팬이 준비되어 있어요. 신발장에 부탄가스용 휴대용 가스버너도 있으니 필요하면 사용하세요. The cooktop is induction — only induction-compatible cookware can be used. IKEA pots and pans are under the sink. A portable gas burner (butane) is also in the shoe cabinet if needed.

주방 — 가전Kitchen — Appliances

전자레인지는 오븐 겸용이에요. 커피머신은 돌체구스토입니다 (캡슐은 찬장에 있어요). 밥솥은 현관 찬장에 보관 중이에요 — 사용 시 꺼내서 전자레인지 위에 두시면 됩니다. The microwave doubles as an oven. The coffee machine is a Dolce Gusto (capsules are in the pantry). The rice cooker is stored in the entryway cabinet — take it out and place it on the microwave when needed.

냉장고 · 와인셀러 · 찬장Fridge · Wine Cellar · Pantry

냉장고, 와인셀러, 찬장에 있는 음식·음료·커피캡슐·라면·과자 등은 편하게 드셔도 돼요. 드신 만큼 다시 채워주시면 감사해요 😊 Feel free to use food, drinks, coffee capsules, ramen, snacks, etc. in the fridge, wine cellar, and pantry. We'd appreciate it if you restocked what you used 😊

와인셀러 주의Wine Cellar Note

벽면에 바짝 붙어 있으면 작동하지 않아요. 열기가 빠져나갈 수 있도록 벽면과 최소 5cm 이상 띄운 상태를 유지해주세요. The wine cellar won't work if pushed flush against the wall. Always keep it at least 5cm away from the wall so heat can escape.

이불 · 베개 · 매트리스Bedding

안방 가장 왼쪽 장에 이불과 베개가 많이 있어요. 접이식 매트리스 1개와 요가매트 2개(안방 옷걸이 아래)도 있으니 인원이 많을 때 활용하세요. 이불은 근처 코인세탁방 더런드리 제주서우봉점에서 세탁할 수 있어요. Extra blankets and pillows are in the far-left cabinet in the master bedroom. There's also a folding mattress and 2 yoga mats (under the hanger) for larger groups. Blankets can be washed at The Laundry Jeju Seouobong nearby.

세탁 · 건조 팁Laundry Tip

지하 1층에 건조기가 있어요 (건물 공용, 다른 사람이 사용 중이 아닐 때 이용 가능). 건조대는 TV 옆 창문 쪽에 두면 오후에 햇빛이 잘 들어요. 선풍기를 틀어두면 훨씬 빨리 말라요! There's a dryer on B1 (shared — use when it's free). Place the drying rack by the window next to the TV for good afternoon sun. A fan speeds up drying a lot!

침대 주의사항Bed Note

안방 큰 침대 프레임은 IKEA LURØY 제품이에요. 성인 여러 명이 누워도 충분히 튼튼하지만, 좁은 부위에 집중 충격(예: 아이가 침대 위에서 뛰는 경우)이 가해지면 베이스가 부러질 수 있어요. 아이와 함께이신 경우 주의해주세요. (작은방 침대들은 괜찮아요) The large bed in the master is an IKEA LURØY frame. It's sturdy for multiple adults, but the slats can snap under concentrated impact (e.g. kids jumping on the bed). Please be careful if you have children. (The beds in the other rooms are fine.)

창고 (소품 보관)Storage Room

책상과 발코니가 있는 작은 방에 창고가 있어요. 왼쪽에는 야외용 테이블·의자·조명·바베큐그릴이 있고, 오른쪽에는 아기의자와 카시트, 돗자리, 스노클링 장비, 아이용 모래놀이 장난감 등이 있어요. 모두 편하게 사용하시되, 사용 후에는 잘 닦아서 원래 자리에 두세요. The storage room is in the small bedroom with the desk and balcony. Left side: outdoor table, chairs, lights, BBQ grill. Right side: baby chair, car seat, picnic mat, snorkeling gear, kids' sand toys. Feel free to use everything — just clean and return after use.

옥상Rooftop

창고의 테이블·의자·조명은 옥상에서 사용할 수 있어요. 날씨 좋은 날 옥상에서 고기를 굽거나 치맥을 하는 것도 정말 좋아요 🍺 일몰 시간에 옥상에 꼭 올라가보세요 — 풍경이 정말 좋아요! The table, chairs, and lights from storage can be used on the rooftop. BBQ or fried chicken on the roof on a clear night is amazing 🍺 Don't miss the rooftop at sunset — the view is stunning!

전등 스위치Light Switches

신발장에 전체 전등을 소등할 수 있는 스위치가 있지만, 각 방의 전등을 직접 끄는 걸 권장해요. 전체 소등 스위치 사용법을 몰라서 당황하시는 분들이 있거든요. 만약 입실했을 때 전등이 들어오지 않는다면, 전등 스위치를 켜놓은 상태로 전체 소등 스위치를 꾹 눌러주세요. There's a master light switch in the shoe cabinet, but we recommend turning off each room's lights individually — the master switch confuses some guests. If lights don't turn on when you arrive, make sure the room switches are on, then press and hold the master switch.

티슈 · 물티슈Tissues & Wipes

여분은 TV 아래 보관함 또는 싱크대 옆 찬장에 있어요. Spare tissues and wipes are in the storage under the TV or in the cabinet next to the sink.

골프채Golf Clubs

집에 남성용 골프채 2세트가 있어요. 사용을 원하시면 사전에 문의해주세요! There are 2 sets of men's golf clubs available. Just ask in advance if you'd like to use them!

아이젠 (등산용)Crampons (Hiking)

현관 신발장에 아이젠이 있어요. 한라산 등반 시 사용하실 수 있습니다. There are crampons in the entryway shoe cabinet — available for hiking Hallasan.

가까운 마트Nearby Supermarkets

황금식자재마트(구 대명홈마트), 유드림마트, 하나로마트가 가까워요. Hwanggeum Food Mart (formerly Daemyung Homemart), Yudream Mart, and Hanaromart are all close by.

우편물 · 택배Mail & Packages

택배나 우편함에 새 우편물이 와 있으면 저에게 알려주세요. 우편물은 발코니와 창고가 있는 작은방 책상에 모아주시면 감사해요. If there's any mail or packages, please let me know. Leave them on the desk in the small room with the balcony and storage.
